The infamous R. Allen Jensen invades Smith & Vallee Gallery once again. Jensen perpetually changes and reworks his assemblages – adding, subtracting and inviting chance. Jensen’s work is self-reflective with repeating themes of the artist, the man and a larger art historical context. This new exhibition of his work reflects Jensen’s process and acts as a portal into his avant-garde studio.
